Hi there, and welcome to Fit Mamas Tribe blog!

If you are reading this, you are already part of our amazing tribe, or perhaps you are considering joining. Each one of our wonderful, kick-butt mamas are an integral part of who we are. Whether joining in a workshop or being a regular at weekly bootcamps, I cannot say enough good things about each person I work with.

Fit Mamas Tribe was developed with the goal to empower women and bridge a community to uplift and support each other – both in and out of the gym. My journey with Fit Mamas began during my first pregnancy, where my eyes were opened to a void in fitness options for expecting and perinatal women. I discovered there was very little training for fitness professionals to work with this population, so I focused on becoming certified through programs tailored toward the most current and evidence based information to work with expectant and new mothers.

I am so excited to be a part of this constantly growing tribe here at Fit Mamas, and to have the opportunity to see the positive changes each day brings for different members. Whether you are looking to gently get back into your workout routine, are anticipating your first child or are well-beyond the new mama stage, there is a workout or workshop for everyone geared toward different levels, and I’m here to help you get there safely and effectively.

Monthly newsletters sent to your email will additionally provide information for classes, updates, workshops, new blogs/information and a Fit Mama of the Month that will be featured on our website.
