Lauren's expertise is in training and guiding women throughout their pregnancy and beyond.  With training strategies specific to pregnant & postpartum women, Diastasis Recti and pelvic floor recovery, women who have trained with Lauren throughout their pregnancy report bouncing back more quickly post birth. As the founder of FitMamas Tribe, Lauren empowers women of all fitness levels to reach their goals with workouts that are fun, scalable to all levels, and most importantly - safe for expectant and new mamas. 


I have never been a fan of exercising, I would actually come up with excuses for why I couldn’t go to that class at the gym or for a run with a friend. Now I can honestly say that I love working out and I owe it all to Lauren at Fit Mamas. From day one Lauren and her tribe made me feel welcome and comfortable even at times when I had no idea what I was doing! I love how she focuses on teaching correct form and technique, something that I feel I wasn’t getting at the gym. Being able to take my little guys with me to play while I am in class has made going to work out effortless and they absolutely love it too! If you want to get back in shape but are having a hard time making it to fitness classes, online coaching may be the answer for you. It's important to be able to follow a workout routine without an instructor present. Your custom plan, accompanied by videos and step by step instructions will be provided as well as check ins and access to Lauren for any questions.
