Founder, Lauren Giles

After discovering there was very little training for fitness professionals to work with the expectant and postpartum population almost a decade ago, she set forth to become certified through programs tailored toward the most current and evidence based information to work with expectant and new mothers. 

Now a top trainer specializing in pregnant and postpartum fitness & wellness, Lauren is able to meet the needs of new and expecting moms through Postpartum Recovery┬« Fitness, one-on-one sessions as well as group classes.

Emily Masson

A lifelong dancer, and lover of all things that keep her active, Emily counts herself lucky to have found her profession in dance, yoga and fitness instruction. In addition to 24 years of ballet experience, including a degree from Florida School of the Arts, Emily carries various certifications in dance instruction, and will be teaching our ballet booty and yoga classes!

She has been teaching for over 10 years where, due to her own experiences, she strives to set a strong focus on proper conditioning and cross training techniques, providing her students with the tools they need to be healthy and strong dancers. Emily is a Yoga Alliance certified Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga instructor, and has recently completed courses in Pre and Postnatal yoga. Emily keeps herself active through dance, yoga, Fit Mamas BootCamp classes, and running around with her tiny ballet students and very energetic dog. In her most recent personal feat, Emily summited Mount Kilimanjaro this past July and celebrated with some yoga poses at 19,341 feet!
