Fit Mamas Boot Camp

Ready to get back into the gym? Not sure where to start? Looking for a fun tribe to workout with? Fit Mamas Bootcamp is for you! Whether you’re new to strength training or experienced, this group exercise class is designed specifically for moms to build strength & muscle tone, lose body fat and have fun meeting other mamas that enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Class consists of total body strength & fitness training, camaraderie and child supervision.

All fitness levels are welcome, including both expectant and new mamas who have been cleared to workout by their physician. Modifications are made to maintain healthy weight, strength and balance during pregnancy. You'll leave feeling strong, energized and ready for your day!

Personal Training

Whether you are preparing your body for pregnancy, are already pregnant or looking to get back into shape post pregnancy, Lauren designs each program to your specific needs/goals while meeting you exactly where you are to ensure challenging yet safe workouts through your pregnancy & post birth journey.

Doing safe exercises during pregnancy has been shown to help lessen abdominal separation, decrease aches & pains associated with pregnancy, increase energy and decrease recovery time post birth. 

Postpartum Recovery® Fitness

This is a 4th Trimester Fitness® Method Class.

Founded on principles drawn from evidence based studies and approved by physicians, midwives and physical therapists, the main focus for this 6 week series is on recovery. This series provides the education needed to safely return to your pre-pregnancy exercise routine by providing strategies to heal & strengthen your pelvic floor and deep core muscles  The class is slower paced, focusing on topics such as:

  • Pelvic floor muscle training & perineal recovery

  • Diastasis recti recognition & recovery

  • Cesarean and perienal scar massage techniques

  • Postural awareness and movement for tired bodies and

  • Connecting with other mamas in the same stage of motherhood.

Participating Moms must be at least 10 days postpartum for vaginal birth and 6 weeks for cesarean birth. One on one series available, please contact Lauren to discuss schedule and pricing.

Pelvic Floor, Core & More™

This is a 4th Trimester Fitness® Method Class.

Never had a baby? This class is for you! Your baby is 10 years old? This class is for you! If you have a pelvic floor that just doesn’t feel right, you are in the right place. This 3 hour clinic will provide you with Pelvic Floor Education and a take home exercise program. Learn how to Activate your Transverse Abdominal muscle and Engage your Pelvic Floor in order to develop strength and stability through your core and pelvic girdle. We'll discuss: How hormones can affect your posture and joint stability; How to safely lift and hoist heavy items such as your baby, groceries, boxes, car seats or weights in the gym; Tips to help prevent or control urinary incontinence. Learn how to modify certain exercises so that you can continue to participate in activities that you love! Appropriate for women of all ages and fitness levels!

This 1-hour class begins with a gentle warm up that incorporates upper body and core exercises in addition to getting those glutes ready for their booty burning workout! This class will lift, tone, and tighten those glutes! Barre Booty consists of all of the best "behind" exercises inspired largely by Ballet, but also utilizing Pilates, Barre, and yoga techniques to help you on your way to your best booty. All fitness levels are welcome, and no previous ballet/barre experience or knowledge is necessary. 

Class Times: Tuesday 10:00-11:00am and Saturday 8:30-9:30am. Child Supervision available!

Gentle Yoga

This is an hour long class that is all about slowing down and giving into therapeutic postures. Moderate poses are sequenced together to increase flexibility (important for preventing injuries!) and centering your breath and body. During Restorative Yoga we hold passive poses such as gentle twists, forward folds, reclined postures and supported gentle back bends, that are relaxing and offer healing benefits. This class will bring a restored sense of peace and calm into your busy day to day life. A great compliment to your active fitness routine, restorative yoga classes are slow paced and suitable for every level. 

Gentle Yoga is Sundays at 9:00am, beginning Sunday August 11


This hour long class consists of a series of breathing exercises and yoga poses designed to support Mamas-to-be physically and emotionally throughout their pregnancy. Each posture and technique will help promote relaxation and stress management, improve stamina and overall health for pregnancy and birth, increase strength, flexibility and deep toning of the birthing muscles, as well as improving posture and circulation. Prenatal Yoga is open to all fitness levels and no yoga experience is required. We ask that Mamas-to-be are in their 2nd or 3rd Trimester, or have a regular yoga practice and approval from your doctor. 

Prenatal Yoga is Tuesdays at 6:30pm


Fit Mamas is excited to offer mommy & me classes including Baby & Me and Toddler & Me yoga. Bond with your child as you move through postures geared toward this season of life. Baby & Me is for non-mobile infants and Toddler & Me is for walkers up to age 4

Birth Ball Basics™

This 4th Trimester Fitness® Method class is for moms in all trimesters of pregnancy. You will learn techniques using the ball in pregnancy, labor, birth, and in the postpartum period:

  • relieve achy lower backs
  • train your body for your labor time
  • strengthen your core and your pelvic floor
  • learn effective laboring down techniques
  • laboring positions to open your pelvis at different levels
  • stretching out tired muscles
  • birthing positions using the ball for support
  • newborn comforting measures
  • open Q and A time for any pregnancy, birth, and newborn questions

Doulas often request to attend with their clients, but at this time, the clinics are for pregnant mamas only and do sell out. Thank you for understanding!
