Strength and Conditioning workouts can be adjusted in weight and mechanics. This gives all members the flexibility to jump into a class to increase intensity or spend time focusing on weaknesses without compromising their main goal. Our programming is scalable to the experience and fitness levels of any individual whether you are a fitness beginner or an experienced athlete. This is why women love coming to Fit Mamas! All of our classes are led by highly trained and experienced coaches. Classes are approximately 25-60 minutes in duration and follow a planned progression with the following basic structure:
A certified Strength and Conditioning coach will guide you through a warm-up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your coach will supervise and correct any movements performed during the workout.
The fast-paced, ever-changing circuit of strength and cardio exercises keep bodies guessing and minds from becoming bored.
Our trainers will whip you into shape as you circulate between cardio and strength training. Any given workout might consist of push-ups, squats, lunges, running, or jump roping(with low impact versions as well!), as the coach will be with you every step of the way.
