Working a desk job post-college, Lauren was led to a breaking point after experiencing the effects of a sedentary lifestyle. She knew it was time for a change, and began her fitness journey through a personal trainer. The real change, however, began during her first pregnancy, where her eyes were opened to a void in fitness options for expecting and perinatal women. She discovered there was also very little training for fitness professionals to work with this population, so she set new goals to become certified through programs tailored toward the most current and evidence based information to work with expectant and new mothers.
Now a top trainer specializing in pregnant and postpartum wellness, Lauren is able to meet the needs of new and expecting moms through personal training and group classes.
Fit Mamas Tribe was developed with the goal to empower women and bridge a community to uplift and support each other - both in and out of the gym. Driven by the daily opportunity to learn, educate, and connect with others, Lauren is able to resonate with clients on a personal level by applying her own experience to women’s perinatal journeys. No matter where clients are in their fitness range, each session is a fun, scalable, and most importantly a safe method of fitness training designed for expectant and new mamas.
Lauren now has two little ones at home, and has dedicated herself to being a perinatal fitness expert for all women who want to feel strong, self-fulfilled, and empowered. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two boys on the boat, at the beach, or practicing yoga, and looks forward to guiding you through this season of life as the strongest version of you.
