Megan, a dedicated coach and fitness enthusiast, recently relocated with her family from Charleston, SC. Megan studied psychology at Penn State University and holds both a group fitness certification and a fitness nutrition certification from the American Council on Exercise. With a background in pregnancy and postpartum athleticism, Megan has been coaching women and mom athletes since 2016. She also holds a run coach certification from RRCA. Passionate about empowering women, Megan loves helping them discover their strength and capabilities.
