This class is for both medicated and unmedicated births and meets one time for 3 hours to help you and your birth partner feel confident in labor and comfort measures to help you labor and deliver.

A gentle recovery-focused fitness class designed for new mothers to recovery your pelvic floor and core, with a focus on diastasis recti, to help you feel strong and connected after delivery. This evidence based 6 week series meets once per week to take you through a progression of exercises to reconnect the deep core and pelvic floor. Non mobile infants are welcome as you gain strength, function and a community of women in your same life stage. You may begin this series 10 days after a vaginal birth or 6 weeks after belly birth.
