I have always played sports since l was little. I grew up in England where l was an avid Netball player. When l moved to the U.S. l ran Cross Country and Track in high school. After having my two children l decided l wanted to get certified to teach yoga, and this past year become a certified fitness instructor.
I had suffered from anxiety growing up and into my twenties. I began to take yoga classes when l was pregnant with my first child. I remember leaving every yoga class feeling serene and grounded. I decided that l wanted to get certified to teach yoga so that l could help others who maybe battling anxiety themselves. Yoga is so healing on so many levels.
I was inspired to get certified in Yoga and Fitness as l throughly enjoyed taking classes and wanted to be able to share that passion with others. I have wanted to make a positive impact of the well being of others through movement, mindfulness and fitness. I love working in an industry that helps people to feel good!
